You have experienced GASLIGHTING as the "victim", or "Gaslightee", and are looking to gain understanding, get clarity, heal, and return to yourself.
The "Young Adult" Track
​​
You are a young adult (high-school or college age) who wants to truly understanding GASLIGHTING so that you can learn to protect yourself from getting sucked into toxic relationships and stay true to yourself in the face of anyone who would try to gaslight you.

The "Helper" Track

This track is for you if you fit
into one of the following

The "First Responder" Track

You work in a field (lawyer, OBGYN, teacher, etc.) where you are the first point of contact for a person sharing their gaslighting experiences, and want to be better equipped to recognize those signs, and know how/where to refer them to they help they need.

The "Peer Facilitator" Track

You are a trauma-informed and trained peer facilitator (examples are NAMI, WRAP, ADOH) and wish to facilitate groups using the Deconstructing Gaslighting® programs.
